First Time Buyer's (FTB) media partner for the awards will be decided in the next few weeks

FTB is pleased to announce that the Albert Kennedy Trust Shelter is our designated charity for this event

Anyone with a background in first time buyer housing is invited to enter any number of categories

A panel of judges will shortlist the nominations ready for the Readers votes. The shortlist will be published in the magazine, online and by our media partners.   

Results will be announced at the First Time Buyer Readers' Awards lunch at the Landmark Hotel on Friday 8th April 2011
