First Time Buyer Readers' Awards, held at London's prestigious Landmark Hotel, on Thursday 22nd April, have been hailed as an "outstanding success".
Speaking at the event, which was presented by TV property expert Phil Spencer, First Time Buyer publisher Linda Riley lauded all the nominees for their sterling efforts in assisting thousands of first time buyers on to the property ladder against a difficult background for the market in general.
Linda also took time to announce the inaugural First Time Buyer Home Show, which will be held on 23rd October at London's Grand Connaught Rooms. Several thousand potential first time buyers are expected at the event, where property developers, housing associations, IFAs, solicitors and many more service providers will be gathered under one roof.
The 2010 awards were a star-studded affair, with gongs presented by TV builder Tommy Walsh, To Buy or Not To Buy presenter Johnny Benarr, Raj Shastri, James Max and Martin Roberts, while actress, property developer and former Bond girl Fiona Fullerton added some Hollywood glamour to the proceedings.
